Costs - Accommodations - Transportation - Exhibits - Dine-around - Shipping

Costs
Sponsors are responsible for paying their own conference costs including accommodations, room tax and parking. You will be invoiced for these charges. The group meal functions will be hosted by NPB.

Additional Sponsor Participants
We recommend one Sponsor participant per company. Any additional participants will be charged a conference fee of $375.00 plus room costs.

Accommodations

Sponsor hotel costs will be the responsibility of the individual. NPB group room rates are $185.00 per night plus tax. Additional room nights are limited and will be confirmed on a first-come first-serve basis.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Rooms MUST be booked through Destination Resources via the online registration form. Cancellation deadline is Monday, May 16th. Any cancellations after this date will result in you being charged for each day canceled, unless the hotel can resell the rooms.

Exhibits
Participation includes (1) 6 foot Exhibit Table per company...Tabletop Exhibits Only without electrical requirements!

Exhibit Setup: Sunday, June 12th 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Exhibit Tear-Down:
Tuesday, June 14th 10:10am

Dine-Around Opportunity
Monday, June 13th after 6:00pm - NPB Assigned Dine-around
There will be one evening available to sponsors for a dine-around opportunity
.
On Monday NPB will assign Reps to each sponsor interested in hosting a dine-around. If you wish to participate you need to indicate this on your registration form. You can expect to host 6 - 8 guests for your dine-around not including yourself. You will still need to make your own restaurant and transportation arrangements for this evening. Please e-mail Destination Resources with the name of your restaurant and the time of your reservation. See below for restaurant suggestions.
If you do not wish to participate, please do not make arrangements which conflict with this assigned dine-around.

Ground Transportation for Dine-arounds may be arranged with The Langham concierge call the hotel at (626) 568 3900 and ask for the concierge .
Be sure to mention you are with the NPB group.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Please make sure your COMPANY NAME appears on all shipments!

QUANTITY - Plan to ship brochures and promotional materials for 50 people.
EXHIBITS - Plan to ship Tabletop Exhibits only! (must fit 6 foot banquet table)
No electrical will be provided for exhibits
LABELS - Your company name must appear on all boxes/shipments and exhibits.
SHIPPING DATES - All shipments should arrive between Wednesday, June 8th and Friday, June 10th. The hotel may charge a storage fee for any items arriving before Wednesday, June 8th.

Transportation
Sponsors will be responsible for arranging their own airline and ground transportation to the conference. Destination Resources will NOT be providing airline arrangements. Closest airports are the Burbank (BUR - Bob Hope) Airport and (LAX) International airports.

The Langham Huntington in Pasadena is 26 miles from LAX and 16 miles the Burbank Airport. The hotel does not provide transportation from either airport to the hotel.

One-way will be approximately $55.00 from Burbank and $90 from LAX plus gratuity

Shuttle Service: Approximately $32 from LAX and $22 from Burbank, one-way, for the first person and $10 for each additional person, plus gratuity.
RoadRunner Shuttle 1-800-247-7919 (Will make multiple stops)
Car Rental: All major rental companies can be found at both LAX and Burbank Airports.
