Costs
Sponsors are responsible for paying their own conference costs including accommodations, room tax and parking. You will be invoiced for these charges. The group meal functions will be hosted by NPB.
Additional Sponsor Participants
We recommend one Sponsor participant per company. Any additional participants may be charged a conference fee of $375.00 plus room costs.
Accommodations
Sponsor hotel costs will be the responsibility of the individual. NPB group room rates are $195.00 per night plus 10% tax. Additional room nights are limited and will be confirmed on a first-come first-serve basis.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Rooms MUST be booked through Destination Resources via the online registration form. Cancellation deadline is Monday, April 5th. Any cancellations after this date will result in you being charged for each day canceled, unless the hotel can resell the rooms.

Participation includes (1) 6 foot Exhibit Table per company...Tabletop Exhibits Only without electrical requirements!

Dine-Around Opportunity
Monday, May 3rd after 6:00pm - NPB Assigned Dine-around
There will be one evening available to sponsors for a dine-around opportunity.
On Monday NPB will assign Reps to each sponsor interested in hosting a dine-around. If you wish to participate you need to indicate this on your registration form. You can expect to host 5 - 6 guests for your dine-around not including yourself. You will still need to make your own restaurant and transportation arrangements for this evening. Please e-mail Destination Resources with the name of your restaurant and the time of your reservation. See below for restaurant suggestions.
If you do not wish to participate, please do not make arrangements which conflict with this assigned dine-around.

Ground Transportation for Dine-arounds may be arranged with Four Seasons concierge at 818-597-3333. Be sure to mention you are with the NPB group.

SHIPPING DATES - All shipments should arrive between Wednesday, April 28th and Friday, April 30th. The hotel may charge a storage fee for any items arriving before Wednesday, April 28th. |
Transportation
Sponsors will be responsible for arranging their own airline and ground transportation to the conference. Destination Resources will NOT be providing airline arrangements. Closest airports are the Burbank (BUR - Bob Hope) Airport and (LAX) International airports.

The Four Seasons Westlake is approximately 40 minutes from LAX and the Burbank Airport depending on traffic. The hotel does not provide transportation from either airport to the hotel.
