NPB Representatives
  • Representatives are invited to participate (certain restrictions may apply) at no extra charge. Spouse/Guest travel expenses will be the responsibility of the individual. FINRA does not allow for the payment or reimbursement of expenses of a guest of an associated person for this educational meeting. This means that guests who do not work in the securities business will need to pay for their own travel and entertainment expenses. Spouse/Guests are invited to attend all group meal functions at no extra charge.
  • You will be responsible for all cancellation charges that would apply to your reservation if you were to cancel after the deadline date Monday, May 16th, 2011. See Cancellation Policy below.
  • Hotel accommodations consist of (1) one standard room - June 12th & 13th (2 nights). Second room requests will be on a first-come first-serve basis at your own expense.
  • Meals are included as noted in the Agenda.
  • Recreational activities will be at your own expense.
NPB will pay for your hotel room, room tax and self-parking for 2 nights beginning Sunday, June 12th. Additional room nights will be your responsibility. A special group rate of $185.00 plus tax is available for additional room nights, these are limited and will be confirmed on a first-come first-serve basis.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Rooms MUST be booked through Destination Resources via the online registration form. Cancellation deadline is Monday, May 16th, 2011. Any cancellations after this date will result in you being charged for each day canceled, unless the hotel can resell the rooms. There will be no refunds until after the conference.

Assigned Sponsor Dine-around (Optional)
On Monday, June 13th, if you choose to participate, you will be assigned to a specific sponsor for dinner that evening. This sponsor will be your host. You must indicate your participation on your registration form in order to be included in the assigned dine-around evening. If you sign up, we expect you to attend.


All attendees will be responsible for arranging their own airline and ground transportation to the conference. Closest airports are the Burbank (BUR - Bob Hope) Airport and (LAX) International airports.

Travel Reimbursement: All producing Reps will receive a travel reimbursement of $25.00. If you are traveling more than 150 miles to attend this conference, you will receive a travel reimbursement in the amount of $75.00. This applies to producing Reps only, guests are not included.

The Langham Huntington in Pasadena is 26 miles from LAX and 16 miles the Burbank Airport. The hotel does not provide transportation from either airport to the hotel.
