Rooms MUST be booked through Destination Resources via the online registration form. Cancellation deadline is Monday, April 2, 2012. Any cancellations after this date will result in you being charged for each day canceled, unless the hotel can resell the rooms.
Group Rate: Group room rates will apply three days prior and three days after the conference dates, these rates are based upon availability at time of request.
All attendees will be responsible for arranging their own airline and ground transportation to the conference. Closest airports are Burbank (BUR) & Los Angeles (LAX) International airports.
Travel Reimbursement: All producing Reps will receive a travel reimbursement of $25.00. If you are traveling more than 150 miles to attend this conference, you will receive a travel reimbursement in the amount of $75.00. This applies to Reps only, guests are not included.

The Four Seasons is located 32 miles from BUR and 35 miles from LAX. The hotel does not provide transportation from either airport to the hotel.
